Wokey, actually i had done one of the program at uthm . The program is brought to postgraduate student. Yeah that so many information that i got but the program is for 2 weeks then it make me feel so sad and unhappy.:P One of the program is about communication skill,yep i realised that student did not have the skills to communicate with other people.
From my note,communication can give a advantages to the person.for example,its can improve a confident level,its can help to invite with other people, its can show the imej of the person or their branding,then its can short the time and energy.
Communication types
- Raja-rakyat= top-dog = one way
- Pemerintah-rakyat= mad-dog=two ways
- Syarikat-pekerja= hot-dog=four ways

Yang menyatakan apa(mesej)
Melalui apa(saluran)
Kepada siapa(kelompol sasaran)
Dengan kesan yang bagaimana(impak pengucap)
That the basic of communication,the basic is the starter of the effetive communication,but we always can improve the communication skill with the basic.
